hi Lisa, thanks for commenting on my blog. a couple of years ago, in the apartment complex where i live, a 4 year old boy was murdered on Halloween because he spilled some milk. he was murdered by the boyfriend of his FOSTER parent, his 19 year old aunt. i wonder what our state was thinking. this 19 year old had 2 children of her own. neither she or her boyfriend were supposed to be living in this complex because they both had a felony record in another state and this is a section 8 comlex. this young girl had her nephew because his mother was in prison in another state for a drug violation. i can understand trying to keep a family together, but this seemed all wrong. you do a lot of good work here and i'm sure it helps a lot of people, so good luck!
